FBF Estate is located on 11.4 acres of land near the 3km × 3km Auditorium within the Redemption City of God, along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway.
Yes. FBF Estate has acquired the necessary licenses and approvals to develop an estate within the Redemption City of God.
A total of 101 residential units are proposed for sale in the FBF Estate.
The estate will feature quality infrastructure, amenities, and services, including excellent facilities for social and recreational activities.
Yes. FBF Estate is planned as a gated, family-oriented community with appropriate security measures, in line with Redemption City standards.
The FBF Estate Project Committee is overseeing construction of the project. The developed estate will be managed by the FBF Facility Management Team under the supervision and guidelines of the RCCG Firstborn Family.
Purchase is open to members of the RCCG Firstborn Family and other interested RCCG members, subject to RCCG land allocation policies and guidelines.

Buyers can choose from flexible payment options:
• Minimum initial deposit: 20%
• 50% balance payable within 3 months of initial payment
• 30% payable within 9 months of initial payment
• 10% payable 2 months after the 9-month payment
• Final 10% payable upon completion to take ownership
The ₦2 million commitment fee will be applied toward the cost of the housing unit. Subscribers enjoy exclusive benefits, including priority in choosing preferred units upon payment of the initial deposit.
If a subscriber decides not to continue, the commitment fee will be refunded. Refund applications should be submitted to the PICR through the subscriber’s PICP for verification.
Yes. Prospective buyers who make outright payment will enjoy exclusive benefits, including priority in selecting preferred housing units.
The project duration is one (1) year, scheduled to commence in January 2026 and be completed by December 2026.
While the plan is January–December 2026, timelines may be adjusted due to regulatory, environmental, or construction factors. Subscribers will be duly informed of any changes.
